Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Tap Out account and navigate to your order history to select the tech items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack with Care
Place the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, to ensure the item is protected during transit and eligible for a full refund.
- 3.Label and Ship
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
